Fitness advice please!?

I want to lose weight but everytime I try to walk on a tredmill or anywhere for that matter, my feet start hurting really bad. Does anyone else have this problem? What should I do? I%26#039;ve tried changing the shoes that I wear: from flat shoes to one%26#039;s that are made specifically for walking, i%26#039;ve tried running shoes, even those shoe inserts that are supposed to massage your feet while walking, nothing helped. I think I might be flat footed and I don%26#039;t really have the money to see a foot doctor. Please help!!!

Fitness advice please!?
Before any workout, it is very important to do some warm up activities. If the problem still persists specialist assistance is required.

There are many other physical activities like swimming or yoga which give minimum workload on the feet is also recommended. Good luck!
Reply:Try swimming. It uses more integrated movement, and will ease the foot pain, poor thing! (One of my friends was diagnosed with collapsed arches, and it is NOT fun!) She got inserts for her shoes and really, she has been SO much better. She is poor too, and had to save up for a month before she could get them.
Reply:It%26#039;s not your shoes, it%26#039;s your circulation. See a doctor about blood flow to your feet.
Reply:try lifting weights instead. if you wanted to build muscle, then you%26#039;d do high weight/low reps. but for your case, do low weight/high reps with a little break in between (maybe 1 min). this should keep your heart rate pumping. that essentially turns your weight training session into a cardio session. this should be a lot easier on your feet since you don%26#039;t need to really move them at all...except walking to differnt machines/weights.
Reply:do u streach?...thats pretty strange...maybe u have a leg problem..go check with ur doctor.
Reply:Try Yoga. Yoga evens out the muscle, strengthens the weak ones, loosens the tight ones. It should he the pain.
Reply:3 suggestions...Orthotics, streching, and put a small amount of incline on the treadmill.
